Great unit. Well built, easy to use and every time I test the water it is the perfect level of alkalinity I want. Ordering and replacing the filters is pretty straight forward. Plus you get the added bonus of the water being filtered, which not all units do.

The customer service is amazing! They even can accommodate a payment plan if you cant afford to pay full amount right out. They said it would be about 3 weeks from purchase to shipping. At first it looked like there was a problem but I recieved a call from their tech department earlier this afternoon explaining a hiccup with shipping inspection backlog at the Port of entry. The problem was resolved in a professional and quite acceptable manner and what was, at first, a poor rating is now a pretty good rating. I can say the review process is very important to Life Ionizers. My confidence is restored! Thank you!

Great product, and great customer service. It took longer than expected for delivery. But, the process was communicated to me. I also like how much the customer service representatives communicated with me, long after the device was paid for.
