I bought 7 years ago the 9200 and is excellent. I take good care of the ionizer and religiously every year change the filters and pre-filters. I’m very happy with my purchase and recommend to my friends. I bought several 1.5 gallon tanks and gift my friends with one filled with alkaline water to show the benefits of alkaline water. I asked representatives if it would be necessary to upgrade to a new one, but they said no need. I highly recommend it.

We live in a rural area with water catchment so having a water machine is a must for us. We have been using Life Ionizers for the last 15 years. I saw an email from Life Ionizers regarding upgrading to a newer model with a trade in. I called and spoke to James. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the different models and filters. We need additional mineral filters since we’re on catchment. He recommended the perfect machine for our family. The machines are custom made in Korea so I waited 3 months for mine. I’m glad I did. We finally got it and my husband installed it. We love it! It’s a little more compact and lighter weight. The water dispenses quickly, is alkaline and tastes great. We always get the under counter model. We like the new faucet as well with the slightly tilted top and still uses your touch to turn off and on. The internal filters are easier to change. I experienced great service from James in sales. Paul helped me track my package twice and Tania was efficient and helpful in processing my payment and later giving me information to return my old water machine for the trade in. We are happy with our new machine. If you’re thinking to upgrade or get a first time water machine, look no further!

We are water drinkers, its the main liquid we consume. However, the city we live in does not offer safe and healthy drinking water. Our MXL-15 Life Ionizer is an imperative tool for us. We cook with this water, we make coffee with this water, and we drink this water all day. It tastes clean and it makes us feel amazing. Our two dogs, the light of our lives, started drinking twice as much of the water from this filter once we started giving it to them, which was a huge sign to us. We save money on bottled water and we have a way of monitoring the levels of whats in our water, which is huge in comparison to the dinky Britta filters that we used to use. I am so thankful for the kind staff at the Life Ionizers office, they know the importance of their product and they are ready and willing to help their customers use and understand it. Try this product, you wont be dissapointed!!

We have been very pleased with this company. We had an issue with shipping of filters earlier this year but after speaking with the manager, they have gone out of their way to rectify the problems. Our machine is up & running again and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you to the manager for your help - we really appreciate it!

I’ve had the M9 under counter model for several years and have just upgraded to the Life MXL15 Under Counter model. The process took long to get my machine but the wait is so worth it! I love the alkaline water and drink it every day! This is an investment that I think every person needs to make!

Bought MXL11 it's a great machine. Have been dealing with Jim the manager and he's very knowledgeable. I didn't want to spend $4400 for a Kangen because I know half the money spent goes to distributors. The MXL11 is a better machine and half the cost. It was important to me for the minerals not to be taken out of the ionized water. I care for my mother and she gets UTI's. The ionized water actually breaks up the crystals formed and lessens her having the infections. I'm a cranky care giver and Jim has been kind, efficient and reliable for customer service.

I have had my unit for several years. I am very happy with the unit itself. It yields delicious water every time. My problem is with the customer service. I spoke with Tania about my issues with the customer service and she said the problems had been taken care of. I had hope that things had improved. I ordered a new set of filters, which if you have a unit you know is not an inexpensive proposition, and was told I had a wait period of 2-3 weeks. It has now been 7 weeks and I was just given an apology for the delay and that the filters had a ship date, not arrival date, of next week. So this means my filters will arrive more than 8 weeks after the order was placed and my unit has been out of service for 4 weeks. In the past I had myself added to an annual ship service. I didn't once get that expected shipment of filters. I am really disappointed in the customer service of this company and its enough over the years' time that I believe I am going to search for another company with a comparable filtration machine. If Im going to pay over $3,000 for a water filtration unit I damn sure expect my once a year filter order to arrive in a timely manner. I only have to interact with them one time a year and they cant get it right.

I'd been looking for the smartest choice for a water filter and a friend introduced me to Life Ionizer - she has one herself. My husband wasn't happy about what I spent on the one we purchased, however when we had it installed, he said "it's the best tasting water I've ever had!", and I agree. We have an adult son with disabilities and after researching Alkaline water and the benefits to the brain, choosing a Life Ionizer was a no brainer! (no pun intended!) It's a little intimidating changing the filters, however after the first time it's fine. The customer service via phone and email is also very good. We're thrilled with our Life Ionizer - thank you!
