Kinney was terrific and helped solve a problem. I had an appointment scheduled for today and although I am not very proficient in all things relating to the 21st century….i had thought that I had done everything correct in my logging in. I waited for quite some time in the “room” waiting for my appointment but it never happened. After sending messages , then called in and got Kinney. He checked everything and assured me that I had done everything correctly it was the provider who “did not have the right qualifications to handle the appointment. He informed me that I would be messaged for further instructions. Kinney was pleasant and reassuring.

Kinney did a wonderful job explaining to me all the options and changing to my new prescription that doctor recommended. Set up the time for next chat for the renewal. And offered me the new monthly fees.

My account was canceled and the agent gave me a $199 credit for my June 26 bill. I was very pleased being that I never asked for the cancellation in the first place.

After not getting a response for over 48 hours on the app, General Support, I called and spoke with Jason B. MSR. He was friendly and knowledgeable and quick to answer my concerns. He followed it up by emailing me details per our discussion so that I would have record of everything. He scheduled an appt for me and made sure I was satisfied before we ended the call. EXCELLENT customer service! Thanks Jason!

Speaking with Kinney was easy as Sunday morning! He explained the insurance process and, made sure that I was equipped to move forward with my appointment. Exceptional customer care/support is needed and Kinney surpassed the expectations!
