Kinney did a fabulous job. I went into the conversation a bit upset about my bill, he was able to explain everything to me, and I was pleased by the end of the conversation.

Was told that I was signed up for a…monthly subscription
Was told that I was signed up for a monthly subscription and that the product would be automatically sent out to me. $675 later, I received. ONE VILE. Cancelled and will tell EVERYONE I KNOW WHAT A SCAM THIS COMPANY IS.

My doctor provided excellent care
My doctor, Dr. Moduthagam provided excellent care. I am a nurse practitioner myself and I was impressed with how thorough she was in the time allotted. The LifeMD app is a little glitchy, but with updates etc, it is workable.
