Nice team but I’ve no idea what to do next!
The care team has been very nice and courteous! My one concern so far is the amount of time it’s taken to get authorized for a prescription. I still don’t have the best idea of what I’m supposed to do next. Kinda scratching my head. It’s been two weeks since I signed up. Paid a lot of money for this.

The only problem I have had is with signing in and when I go back in the site I sometimes get thrown out of the system. Otherwise it seems great.
