Thank you so much for your feedback. Your opinion is of the utmost importance to us and we would like to take a moment to first say we are so happy to hear you had a positive experience with us, and next, we would like to give you a little background on our pharmacy partner, Wells Pharmacy Network ("Wells"). Wells has confirmed to LifeMD that they are PCAB accredited through ACHC and are in good standing and current with all the accreditation requirements. Regarding the referenced lawsuit, Wells Pharmacy was previously compounding Semaglutide in combination with another peptide, BPC-157 that has been widely used in the nutraceutical industry for decades as an anti-inflammatory agent. Due to a recent shift in the FDA's categorization of BPC-157, Wells Pharmacy has since changed the formula, such that BPC-157 is no longer included in their compounded Semaglutide. LifeMD takes no position on any lawsuit, to which we are not a party, that may contain allegations against Wells Pharmacy. Such disputes are for them to resolve. However, we can say that Wells Pharmacy represents that all ingredients are sourced from FDA-registered manufacturers and are tested for impurities prior to being accepted into Wells facility. Wells has also indicated that, to date, no third-party testing failures have been noted. LifeMD continues to have a positive working relationship with Wells. If there is something else we could have done to make your experience a 5-star one, please reach out to our Director of Patient Care. Thank you for being a valued LifeMD customer!
