We believe products designed to work together create better outcomes for people and pets. The outcomes that actually matter — for your dog, your skin, your home — come from products designed to work together, not products trying to do everything alone. Whether you’re feeding your dog, taking care of your skin, or cleaning up the kitchen, what you’ll find here are products that just work together, so you get better outcomes with less guesswork.

Timeliness, delivery and product is good. Questionable why you would send a customer that purchases dog food a sample of cat food/treats. I only buy dog stuff either ask me if I have other animals or only send me dog appropriate items.

Elizabeth, thank you for your honest feedback! We're glad your timeliness, delivery, and product are working well for you. Your feedback about the sample makes sense—we appreciate you letting us know what would be more helpful. We appreciate your support and feedback!

We have always been happy with the ease of ordering, navigating the website, and customer service. However, we didn’t get much warning before this last delivery and didn’t get the chance to delay. We have way too much dog food now because we no longer have 2 large dogs to feed. We would love to have more warning before shipping so we can adjust the shipping time.

Denisse, thanks for letting us know about your experience! We're glad you've enjoyed ordering and our service—it sounds like a heads-up before this shipment would've given you a chance to adjust your delivery timing with two fewer dogs to feed now. Thanks again for your thoughtful review!

We were delayed two days. FedEX said they updated the address, which was silly, as the update was exactly what our address is.

Only received 2 of the 3 bags you charged me for. My order and shipment is always 3 bags

Thank you for your thoughtful review, Jeff! We're sorry you received only 2 of the 3 bags you were charged for—we know how frustrating that is when your regular order should arrive complete. We've forwarded your concerns to our customer care team, and someone will be reaching out to you shortly. We're always working to earn that fifth star!

Customer service is always great. I had problems with UPS on my last order and customer service helped me take care of it right away

Person that helped me was great and helped get the auto-ship dates worked out.
