I live alone! this device would have killed me had I not had a cell phone. when I pressed the button,the device replied "NOT IN CELLULAR RANGE ! ! ! I played the message back to a 911 dispatcher ! I was having a heart attack,at a time I needed this device to work. things could have been worse,I could have been driving across {Alligator Alley) also known as I 75 100 miles of Florida Everglades running East to West.

This service met my need to have a convenient method of alerting professional services in the event I had a need. Fortunately I didn't need help but it was comforting to have that capability when living alone.

I had no issues with it or the company. I had the fall detection model and accidentally dropped my pendant and it worked someone was calling me and the neighbors. It was worth the piece of mind. You have to remember to wear it though, LOL does no good sitting on the dresser. There are more expensive alternatives but why bother, I don't see how they could do any better.
