My father had an incident where he couldn’t get up in the middle the night. A man and a woman responded and help to get him safely back into bed.

Good service but would be nice if it were more mobile and able to work off satellite

Thank you for the review Barb. We do have a mobile system available, and it uses a combination of Wifi and Satellite tracking in order to make sure we are aware of your location when an emergency occurs. Feel free to call our 24/7 customer service line at 800.998.2400 if you have more questions.

The service seems to be very good but the GPS locator leaves a little to be desired. I did a test from my Indy home and they used GPS to locate me. Unfortunately, the locator had me two houses away.

My Mom has had to use her Life Station button several times & once it saved her life! Very friendly and get help immediately, as well as notify me. Switched from Life Alert ( bad experience ) to Life Station and are extremely pleased. THANK YOU!

I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with another company, but i am glad that you made the choice to switch to Lifestation. We try and ensure that every customer is properly taken care of so that if something happens to your mother, though we hope it never would, we will be able to provide the best help possible. Thank you for the review Elaine!

I had nothing but "HORRIBLE" experiences with my Lifestation Unit. everytime there was a Thunderstorm, Power Outage or Electrical Glitch my Lifestation would malfunction and even knock out our Wireless internet ISP connection to the point that Our ISP Provider would have to make an Office Visit to get our business equipment back online. We have a 3 Acre Yard but with Lifestation I was limited to 50 Feet from the base or I'd loose my protection. All Around, I would think long and hard before I'd sign-up for a Lifestation again. JM

I am sorry to hear about that James. For something that would work around the entirety of the yard, i would recommend one of our devices with GPS as they work across the country in any location. Furthermore it sounds as though you are having problems with your base unit. Please call our 24/7 customer service line at 800.998.2400 and let's see how we can help you with your system
