Mercifully I have not had to use Life Station but I do the recommended monthly test and have been satisfied with the prompt and helpful response from the operators.

Pendant does exactly what it was designed to do. We have service with fall detection and GPS so it works anywhere. This is a great product and a wonderful service, and I have no doubt if something serious does happen that my loved one will be able to get the help he needs. Thanks Lifestation.

I installed this wonderful life alert type system for my mother who uses a walker full time to get around due to bad knees and neuropathy. This company is hands down FANTASTIC!!!! very friendly, polite, helpful AND professional, I absolutely love them!!! The device is very easy to set up, and if you have any trouble their help line is great to deal with. I couldn't even imagine going with another company, because I am absolutely satisfied being with life station for almost 3 years now and no complaints whatsoever!! thank you so very much Life station!!
