From beginning to end Lifeway Mobility was a 5 Star. Melanie B, came to my home and explain the process, made recommendations and made my understanding of the product and the process so easy. Anthony R. was the second most helpful associate of the team. He was instrumental in helping to coordinate the instillation of my moms lift. The scheduler was able to work me in quickly due to an early discharge of my mother. I can only speak highly of the installer. HE WAS AWESOME. He walked me through the install, was patient with me as I asked him several questions. He did no rush me or the install. After everything was in place , he went through our new lifts safety features, operation and customer service if anything should go wrong. He was even more helpful and patient with all of my post questions. The entire team at lifeway mobility was wonderful. I recommend them to install yours or in my case, a family members mobility device.
