Lifeway MobilityReviews of lifewaymobility.com

Call TODAY at Life Way Mobility! This company is definitely the best company for accessibility solutions! Today, they installed a chair lift for my mother, and their service was AMAZING!. Luis and Jovagha were a dream team. They are quick, efficient, and incredibly caring. They didn’t just install the chair lift; they patiently helped my mother into it, adjusted the chair so she could sit comfortably, and made sure everything was safe and perfect for her. My mother is now able to leave her home with her husband to go to their summer home in NH. Life Way Mobility's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. If you’re looking for a company that genuinely cares and delivers exceptional results, Life Way Mobility is the one to call NOW! I can’t recommend them enough. They definitely deserve more than 5 stars. Thank you, Luis and Jovougha, for transforming my mother’s life with such ease and compassion. Thank you, Michelle King

Salesman and staff were very professional and understanding of our needs definitely would recommend them to anyone

Frank Presley was just as awesome in removing our rental as he was installing it: TOTALLY AWESOME!

I would never recommend this company. I have had nothing but problems from their scheduling, installation and taking a ramp back and not refunding me. It took several phone calls to get them to repair their damage, and I have been calling them for several weeks. Amanda promised a refund and I still haven't received it. My husband became immobile suddenly so it was necessary for me to respond immediately to what he needed in order to come home. I paid over $6000 for a ramp. They installed a ramp at entry that would not allow my door to close and drilled holes in my brick that broke the bricks. I had problems with the installation date being changed last minute. At a time when you are just trying to cope and do what is needed for your loved one, this company created so many more problems. I absolutely regret using them. They are great until they get the money.

Eric R. & Jose M…. The best & nicest servicemen have ever dealt with…we purchased our chair 13 years ago from Lifeway & have had several service people out for various things…but Eric & Jose are so a doubt, amazing! Not only did they solve the issue, but they were so empathetic when learning of my husband, Paul’s, passing ..and flying solo here little scary…they assured me they had my back & they will always be the Dynamic Duo I request… Ty both so very much!

Very professional and thorough. Great service .

From the first contact, everything has been handled very professionally. The first appointment was scheduled very timely and Bruce was extremely informative about the stairlift choices. The install was also handled very professionally. Antwann fully explained the chair functions, battery life and cleaning the copper. I would recommend your company to family and friends.

Jim and Anthony where awesome to work with getting our ramp sorted out and ordered. i would highly recommend Lifeway Mobility!! Tom
