Overall, Lifeway Mobility did a fine job with the installation of my two stairlifts. The salesman, Neil, was very patient with my many questions prior to installation and Shane the installer was friendly and competent I would definitely recommend the company to others looking for stairlifts.

Drew was there when he said he would be was competent and helpful. He fixed one problem, reassured me that the motion was normal, and showed me where to leave the stair climber so that the battery would charge. ( I had it exactly backward, orange light = charging). We are grateful.
