I have had the policy 5 months
I have had the policy 5 months. My claims are paid and my premiums are 35% lower than inferior ACA crappy HMO plans. A ppo is much preferred. I had a broken clavicle from last year. My Ortho Doc has been paid. My PT sessions are paid. My primary DR has been paid. The network changed 3 times tho!!!! Started the year in Cigna. Then went to Aetna. (briefly) Now PHCS. That was weird and unsettling, but so far has not effected me. All my docs in network. Claims paid. I plan to stay until Medicare too. Every health plan has litigation. This one no different.
