I ordered a Spreader bar kit and only got a Spreader bar You should not label it as a kit if it’s not a kit, you should just label it as a Spreader bar. Also, the picture where Advertising, where it says kit shows it with all the parts.

Hi Paul, My name is Will and I am the President of LES USA. I’ve been keeping a close eye on your order and complaint and quite honestly cannot uphold your complaint, our website is abundantly clear when it comes to the Tandemloc Spreader Beam Kit where you as the customer are guided on how to configure the bar, not only that but you are even asked by in the drop-down menu if you need the end caps, you chose “No” before checking out. You then called in to make this complaint, my colleague immediately jumped in to action to help you and worked with you to order the end caps and shackles you desired- which are now on their way by 2nd day air, we also reviewed the website, and we stand by the fact that our website is very clear, our product page has big red letters on the page instructing you exactly how to configure your beam kit and a clear question asking you if you wanted end caps, to which you chose “No”, additionally the product image shows each and every component, no where on there do we show shackles or suggest it comes with shackles, the image also clearly states “End Caps, 2 required per beam, sold separately” And so we bundled those end caps in to this kit as an option and when asked if you wanted the end caps, you chose “No”. Unfortunately, there is no way we can make this any more clear, the product is designed to be configured, hence the questions and detailed guide on the product page before you can check out. I would like to say that I feel this review is unfairly posted, it contains incorrect facts and does not reflect the true high levels of service, support and assistance we have provided you in getting you what you need. I hope that your spreader beam kit functions as desired now that you have all of the components you wished for. If you’d like to discuss this further, please reach out, my door is always open Will

Pricing was great, but the goods took more than a week to ship, multiple days and phone calls to receive a tracking number, and the tracking number didn't work.
