Customer service used to be wonderful. (Now we constantly lose the connection, but this is not a big deal , you can call back again). The real problem is that now they have only one very rude person to answer for customer service and he refuses to do his job, just power struggle with clients and nothing gets done.

Esse site è uma cilada. Eles debitaram o valor da recarga que solicitamos para um número do Brasil e não creditaram a recarga. Ou seja, pagamos por algo e não recebemos. O site não oferece um canal de atendimento ao cliente e ficamos de mãos atadas. Fomos roubados. Não indico esse site para ninguém.
