I ordered 3 lights, one for my bedroom and 2 wall scones for the bathroom. The quality and design are beautiful and really enhance the rooms. Unfortunately one of the glass scone shades had a small crack. I got in touch with them and I cant say enough about their quick and easy solution. They are sending me a new sconce!. I really appreciate their great customer service. Thank you!!!

Such a great experience with this company! Ordering was super easy, and they have a wonderful selection of lighting options. I absolutely love the light fixture I chose! Unfortunately, one of the globes arrived broken, and I didn’t notice it right away. I reached out to customer service, and they were so helpful and quick to send me a replacement. It’s always nice to deal with a company that stands behind its products and takes care of its customers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be shopping with them again!

Great customer service. One of the 13 bulbs came broken and I was told they would be happy to replace it at no cost. The light fixture is beautiful and exactly what I had hoped for.

I am so happy to have chosen Lightfixtureusa for my purchase of a chandelier for my dining room. It is not just that the company, especially Leila, was always responsive to my concerns making sure that I received exactly what I wanted, I wanted the light with black accents, she responded back very quickly to my emails. In addition, I had many issues with my health and she was very considerate in making sure that I could get something fixed even though I was beyond the limit of time allowed due to the fact that I had surgery and did not check the item on time. I am so fortunate to have developed a truly trusting relationship with her and we are 3000 miles apart! I assumed the worst, that no one would care, but Leila, and her superiors I assume, went the extra mile for me! I have never felt so special
