Qualified salesperson, good product selection but high market-rate pricing.

Never buy online. You have to mail the lamp back to the original manufacturer (without getting a return label) and then LBG sends you a check in the mail (!!) when the manufacturer approved. Last century and bad customer service!

I shopped all around online and in stores for a low-profile, high lumens LED ceiling light. I decided what I was looking for was a very specific WAC Lighting fixture and no one had it in stock. I heard waiting times of a week up to two months. I called Lighting by Gregory's phone ordering number, got a wonderful, funny man who gave me detailed, totally accurate information about how long it would take the product to get to me, and then gave me a price lower than any online or in-store prices I had received. My fixture arrived a day ahead of schedule.
