I ordered Lightolier brand lights and did not read the fine print that returns for this brand have very specific rules and often can't be returned. The lights are not ideal but I am stuck with them. Otherwise, service was ok.

Still waiting 2 weeks later for info to return one lamp, unopened, at 25% restocking fee plus I get to pay all shipping fees. Crazy process, rudely worded emails. Won't be ordering any other lighting for my home remodel from this company.

I needded to add to my order from over 1 year ago. The person that helped me do this was friendly, efficient and knowledgable. The entire experience was enjoyable and far easier then I anticipated.

Lighting by Gregory has a wide range of product. They are efficient at placing orders, but not at following up on order status or insuring large orders are delivered promptly. However, with a modest amount of follow up you usually can get everything resolved. Their product would be even better if they had a technical support individual who could help confirm substantial orders and communicate technical issues that may arise with a product (rather than the customer having to figure out/resolve them problem themselves).

During a recent kitchen remove, the architect and contractor both agreed that extra lighting would be needed. I had visited Lighting by Gregory in the past and kept the info. Their online service, particularly the service of Ms. Desiree James, was outstanding. She somehow managed to get the pendant of my choice to me with 48 hours! In addition, she was very gracious and professional.

Wonderful, knowledgeable service from people who know the store and can match your needs with the right lighting at the right price. No junky lights here. Store is well designed, clean, and setup to accommodate your needs, from basic to fancy to cutting edge.

Sales people not helpful, called and called to get product I wanted.Finally found someone who told me one light cover was in stock and would send out. Waited from June till September with no updates - I called and was told it was on backorder and would send out in August. Then wrong cover was sent. When I called again, I was told that its out of stock. Had to order 3 covers to match the cover you sent in error.
