So far so good
I ordered the lights (twice). They came quickly. I put them up. So far, one for three weeks one for a week or so, they are working as promised.

One speaker didn’t work but issue resolve quickly
I like the product, but one speaker would work after being hooked up to Bluetooth. The service department was very responsive and assisted in returning the device.

The product is excellent; shipping methods need slight improvement
The product is excellent. I would wish that shippers would use the words "US Postal Service" instead of its abbreviation, which can so easily be misread as UPS, United Parcel Service. That happened to me, and caused some delay in locating my package once it had arrived.

Just a great idea
Just a great idea. Have not used MINE, but I was sold when some stranger offered a jump and I saw the product and my reaction was , your kidding right . Thought she pulled a flash light or a water bottle out . Nope !! A jumper !!! Save much time and streee when I had my elderly parents with me and ones at the doctors office when battery died 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
