Sheets came without drying…
Sheets came without drying instructions. Impossible to cotnact customer service because it returns to the chapta all the time. The quality was barely ok for the (heavily reducded) price.

We're really sorry to hear about this frustration! Our products do include washing instructions on the tag. We recommend our items are washed in cold water with mild detergent and no fabric softener on the gentle cycle, tumble dried with no or low heat, and removed promptly at the end of the dry cycle. Love the pattern and feel of the…
Love the pattern and feel of the fabric. Good buy. I did need to get a duvet insert since the duvet was thinner than I thought. Very pleased.
