Beyond pleased with the quality of the quilt I ordered, but couldn’t pull my room together with it. Called to return it & was told to keep it!! Told them I had never used it, just laid it on the bed to coordinate rugs/curtains. I will pay it forward!!! Ended up ordering two comforters, one for me & one for my daughter. I am positive this will work on my primary room. Thanks!!!

Tried constantly to get through on the telephone, text it twice, no response. Left my phone number no response. I was trying to send the item back and didn’t know how to go about it, I ordered a duvet instead of a bed skirt with pillowcases it was my mistake in the order. The product is lovely. I cannot use it

I recently took advantage of a great sale and bought two sets of the 8 piece sheets and the 100% cotton duvet insert. Sheets are amazing and so is the quality of the insert. My reason for one star is that shipping took quite awhile and the insert is very thin. Dosnt look like the picture. I did try to “fluff” it as the sticker on the packaging says but it didn’t do any good. Pretty bummed it’s so thin.

Hi Nicole, thank you for your feedback! We apologize for the delay with your delivery, we did experience some difficulties due to weather in the area of our warehouse. Our duvet inserts would be considered medium weight, we apologize that it didn't meet your expectations. If you'd like to start a return, please send an email to [email protected], and our CS team will be happy to assist you!

I just washed my new sheets and they significantly pilled! I put them in the dryer and have had to clean the lint filter four times and they're still drying. I paid $175 for these sheets and they are virtually unusable.
