I do not recommend LingvaPRO based on my personal experience. At first, everything seemed well organized. We agreed on a consistent schedule, and I finally got into a learning routine. It took several attempts to find a teacher who suited me. Some of my earlier lessons consisted mostly of watching YouTube videos during class, which was very disappointing. Eventually, they assigned me a teacher I really liked, and I finally started making progress. Unfortunately, once I settled into the routine, the school began repeatedly canceling and rescheduling lessons. These constant changes completely disrupted my schedule. Since I run my own business, I had to prioritize work, and my studies gradually stopped. Another issue was the constant promotional messages from the owner, Yana Berezhnaya. I regularly received messages urging me to buy more lesson packages with “limited-time” discounts. The sales pressure felt excessive. To this day, I still have more than 20 prepaid lessons that I have no desire to use because I no longer feel comfortable studying with this school. What disappointed me the most was the response when I said I intended to leave an honest review. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, I was threatened with lawyers and legal action. That experience caused me a great deal of unnecessary stress. This review reflects only my personal experience. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this school.
