Hi Malik, We offered you a Free Trial. As explained before you paid the $1 we only charge $1 to make sure you're a real person to stop people from scamming us for free backlinks. We then add the $1 to your dashboard as credit. This is why it is called a Free Trial. This was all explained before you paid the $1. However, I've refunded the $1 which will take 3-5 business days to be returned back to your account. I looked into your order and you never filled out the order form after checkout to submit your URL and keyword for the Free Trial. We emailed you 5 days ago asking you to fill out the form and you still haven't. Is there some reason why you won't fill out the form? It's unfair that you order a Free Trial, then don't fill out the form, don't respond to our emails to fill it out, and then leave a 1-star review. Best, Tony :)

Hi Alexandra, Before you updated your review you said I was a scam and then later in your review, you said we should keep this matter professional. You seem confused about what you want. If you got free backlinks, and we did all the work, how have you been scammed? When I check your site https://www.topnewsarticles.com in Moz it doesn't even recognize it. Origin Pakistan CVC check Passed Street check Unavailable Zip check Unavailable The issuing bank is THE BANK OF PUNJAB. I seriously doubt someone "living" in the UK is using a bank account in Pakistan. Let's look at this logically. I'm not hiding behind some fake picture or name and pretending to be someone who I'm not. LinkDaddy is trademarked and has a great reputation with 100's of 5-star reviews. Then there's you who seemingly has been on TrustPilot for less than a month, pretending to be a woman living in GB, who has banking info in Pakistan, who got free backlinks accusing me of being a scam. Alexandra, you have proven yourself with two screenshots now that the drop in DA started BEFORE you even ordered from us. When you placed the order on the 6th it takes 7 days for us to do the work. Then it takes 3-4 weeks for the links to get crawled and indexed. If you check your site in Ahrefs you will see our blogs have not shown up yet. Also, check Moz. If the links are not crawled and indexed how can they possibly cause your site's DA to drop? A drop in DA is caused by lost referring domains not by adding domains. I've tried to explain this many times but you just can't seem to duplicate the facts. The facts are the facts! Maybe you should go back to the SEO company you partnered with, who you left a review for on the 28th of August, as that is date coincident in the drop in DA on your site. Please stop blaming us.

Naveed, the sheet was emailed to you. You can also access the sheet via your dashboard. You placed the order 8 days ago. It would help if you had a little patience. You'll need to allow 4-6 weeks for the links to be indexed and we only index the Tier 1. Anyway, thank you for taking advantage of our free trial.
