Very easy to put together and move around. The backs are a bit too low for sitting. The covers were washed and there are million loose threads everywhere which make me question long term sustainability. The seat cushions are not as comfortable as I hoped.

One of my A1 parts arrived broken. I reached out and was told a ticket would hear back within 24 hours and have not.

Fabric swatches shipped quickly and we're delivered straight to my mailbox. Unfortunately there is no good color for this sofa and the fabric all feels cheap.

The couch is beautiful and arrives relatively easy to setup once you can get it out of the box. Its a bit firm and a tiny bit short in the cushions but does work in over a little use. I got the velvet fabric and am happy with it although the grey is still very blue, so in this fabric the only two options you have are both blue... The purchasing was a mess though and they took a full week to respond to my urgent messages 'because of a holiday in china' Their payment plans make you click the same button as purchase now and their glitch site updated on me as I clicked the payment options button and just purchased immediately, even refreshing immediately couldn't stop the purchase then the couch arrived to me before they responded to my cancelation request. Once support did reach out they were apologetic and gave a very small refund like 3% of the purchase price small and said thats all they could do. Seemed like too little too late. hoping to not need their service ever again. TLDR not a bad couch just hope you never need to contact support

I love how big the couch is but paying 1600 for it there should be no rips in the fabric.

While the sofa itself is great and was able to be put together easily enough - it is t the color ordered. All 11 of the 12 boxes delivered so far had “Slate Grey” on the side, but everything’s Navy Blue in color.

The fabric that the Rubik-I is made of is not high-quality fabric. The fabric pulls and creates runs very easily. I’ve had my Rubik sofa for under a year and am already looking for replacement cushion covers. My last sofa was from Ikea, and I never had one tear or pull in the fabric, and I had that couch, with the same usage, for over 7 years. UPDATE: After posting this review, the LIDNY HOME company reached out to me (which I thought was great customer service at the time), saying they would send me replacement covers in exchange for an updated review. Since then, they sent a UPS package which appeared to be smaller than the replacement covers should be (maybe they only sent one), but LIDNY HOME did not pay for the shipping cost, so UPS would not deliver the package. After letting them know that UPS would not deliver the package, they kept insisting that I pay the delivery cost and that they would "reimburse" me. This made me feel uneasy and like this was more of a scam, especially since the package size did not match the size of the replacement covers. UPDATE: After continuing my conversation with LINSY Home, they were able to resend replacement covers for the couch at no expense, and I received them within 2 weeks. I am happy to say that their customer service was understanding and helped resolve the issue. The quality of fabric this product uses for their sofas does not have a long lifespan, like other sofas I've owned, the company does have quality customer service.

I am still waiting for a missing connecting piece for the arm rest. reported within days of receipt of shipment.
