My first experience with this company was last year when I was doing a kitchen remodel. I cannot remember what happened, but I ordered multiple gallons, and I made a mistake in my order. I reached out to customer service and within 24-hours, the issue was fixed. No hassle, incredibly prompt. The paint quality is stellar. I have since bought multiple pints of paint for smaller projects (and multiple samples). My orders arrive within three days…every time. I love that their samples are pots of paint. I can sample it in different areas of a room at the same time to see how light hits. I don’t mind the peel and stick other companies use. However, in my opinion, peel and stick don’t provide the true texture and color like Little Greene’s sample pots. Little Greene’s pigments are top-notch. I have used both their interior and exterior, dark and light paints, zero complaint. It’s expensive, but their quality, reliability, and customer service is unmatched. Truly a gem of a company in today’s world.
