I had a slight issue with my order which was totally my mistake and instead of just saying they couldn't help, they offered me a full credit for my order. Always extremely friendly and helpful service!

My son absolutely loves little spoon, especially the plates, yogos, and smoothies! There is such a good variety and everything feels nutritious. We recently received a goodie box with even more new items for him to try and he has been so excited with every bite. Thank you for making his mealtime fun and healthy!

Lola is outstanding! I forgot my account was even active and I got charged for a bunch of food my daughter was no longer eating. Lola refunded me and was sweet and efficient. Thank you so much Lola! ♥️

Their customer service team reached out via email to follow up on the chat I had to abandon when my baby needed me. They figured out what I needed and took care of it, and I was thrilled I didn’t have to go back and restart the conversation. So helpful!
