Live Admins knows our business and they understand what constitutes a qualified lead. They are able to chat with visitors authentically, not like a bot. Plus, they are great to work with. We recommend them highly!

My law firm has been working with LiveAdmins for a few months and are very satisfied with their products thus far. The communication is efficient and their team has also integrated their products to my CRM. Will continue to work with them.

I am constantly amazed & delighted by how fast the Live Admins team responds to our requests - no matter what it is. They try to anticipate our needs & are ready to offer helpful suggestions & best practices that make our relationship with our clients & guests even better. I would definitely recommend LIve Admins for your business also - give them a try.

Been dealing with them for many years. We get a ton of help from them and their team. I appreciate them trying new features and when something doesn't work, they work together to get things done right.

StraightUp Solar has worked with LiveAdmins for several years to cover chat conversations from our website and very satisfied with their level of support. Their client managers are very responsive to our frequent script adjustments and efficiently implement the changes to the chat operators.

Amy, Ross, and the entire LiveAdmins team are outstanding. They are always available to discuss our account, troubleshoot issues, or walk us through new features. Whenever I need support, I can reach someone quickly and receive a prompt response. Their live chat agents are well-trained and consistently follow the scripts we provide. The company also continues to introduce valuable features and service improvements. Their pricing is highly competitive compared with other providers I have evaluated. I highly recommend LiveAdmins to any business looking for a reliable, responsive live chat partner.

Great to work with Any and Ross from LiveAdmins. They understood what we were looking to do, followed up with a plan and implemented. Very professional. Working on another project with them now. Highly recommended.

Amy at Live Admins has been an amazing Customer Success Manager. She is patient, kind and explains exactly what she needs from me to have a successful live chat feature on our website. Out of all of the Managers our company had a relationship with, she has been the best. She communicates all the time by email and telephone right away no matter how big or small a problem we have.
