Many conversations lost in the chat with our customers when we used the LiveAgent. We migrated to the intercom and we are delighted.

We have serious problems using this platform, we cant stablish a good chat and comunication because the system suddenly change to maintenance mode. We can't give a good services with this problem. Regards and I hope this will solved soon.

Thanks for your feedback. You can notice 10-30sec. maintenance mode when we update your account and add new features into it but only once a month or two. Even during maintenance your chats are not closed, after update you can simply continue in chatting with your visitors.

Im not sure where this company is actually located but they have horrible English skills. I tried to ask a question numerous times to several of their customer service associates and could not get an answer. Also throughout the app and their website there are numerous misspellings and weird words. Most of the time I don’t care (im not a grammar Nazi) however when you try to communicate to a company you pay thousands per year to for an essential web app, I want Native English speakers.
