Very solid and good appliation for help desk ticketing We have used this to replace our in house solution and it has worked wonders. Tickets are no longer getting lost in our system and our response time has increased! Would recommend this to any SMB MSP needing a helpdesk solution

I have tried few helpdesk solutions. None of them was ok for our taste. Liveagent is packed with all of the neccessary features like: -helpdesk -self support -live chat -telephony support ( this was not complete in the time of our test, but they panning to release it soon)
