I have been using LiveAgent for a little over 8 months now and I have had great success with it. Everything is laid out nicely and there are many convenient features. I have also been using the LiveAgent app for Android and would recommend it for on the go.

I really like Live Agent. I have been using it for more than a year now and find it easy to work with. Lots of capability with autoresponders, canned messaging and chat. It makes it a breeze to keep track of customer interaction and history. I also use the knowledgebase to create "how to articles" but wish there was more creative flexibility on that (videos, screencast vids, templates, and such) Overall though, its a solid tool and I will continue to use it on the regular.

LiveAgent has been a wonderful asset to our company. It's provided support options we've not had in the past, and, most importantly, improved our customer experience. An easy to use and effective service.

Great website to keep track of incoming information!

Easy to use. It makes responding and communicating with our employees very simple. You can respond directly to your employees concerns or question or else transfer/assign the ticket to right department for better assistance.

We just transitioned to LaDesk for our main support and the system is working great so far! We had a simple tutorial to get everyone on the same page and everyone was ready in no time. The analytics report is a nice feature to track everyone's progress especially when we hit the busy season. I would definitely recommend LaDesk
