I have several Grund rugs and towels. Their quality is top notch! They are plush organic cotton, wash well, and maintain their color. The reversible rugs are SO thick and good to your feet! Also, they are made in the USA!

4 emails sent without response. first 3 were within 24 hours to cancel an order placed on a weekend day. no response. The order was sent out days after my request to cancel--so there was plenty of time to have done so. when the rug arrived, I emailed to arrange a return. that was 2 or 3 days ago and still no response. next step will be to dispute charge with my bank.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sincerely sorry for the frustration we've caused. We understand how disappointing it is to request a cancellation promptly, receive no response, and then have the order ship anyway. We also apologize that your follow-up emails regarding a return have gone unanswered. This is not the level of service we strive to provide, and we take full responsibility for the lack of communication. If you're willing to give us the opportunity to make this right, please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number, or send us a private message. We will prioritize your request, provide a return authorization and prepaid return label, and process your refund as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve, and we hope we'll have the opportunity to restore your confidence in Live Grund.

They say their towels are high quality, but the color fades off and exposes this weird orange color despite following their care instructions. I reached out to customer support multiple times and they failed to respond.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience. The color fading you described is certainly not what we expect from our products, and we're equally disappointed that your attempts to reach our customer service team went unanswered. We sincerely apologize for both the product issue and the lack of communication. We'd appreciate the opportunity to investigate what happened and make this right. Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and, if possible, a photo of the towels. We'll review your case promptly and work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Your feedback helps us improve both our products and our customer service.
