My company has been using Livehelpnow chat for years the staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable and are happy to assist us with any of our questions. We were getting over whelmed with the number of after hour emails that we were getting and loosing track of. But the CSR was able to show us how the Email to Ticket will help us keep on top of all the emails that come in. Along with being able to track our twitter feed. This will make my staff happy!

I used other chat software in the past and was not happy with the outdated features and the lack of support I received. I was new to chat software but after researching a few companies I contacted livehelpnow, the agent answered all of my questions and explained some of the features that they offer like reporting, and the live visitor tracking that I can use to improve my website.

I have been a customer of livehelpnow for over 2 years now and I am always impressed how they keep updating and improving the features of the system, today I found out that they will be offering SMS to chat feature which I am super excited for.
