Everything is explained thoroughly and up front. If I have ANY questions, the customer support team is great! The attorney I spoke with in regard to multi-state filing was informed and easy to work with. I may keep this attorney for future questions!

All the information was easy to understand to make the decision to join LLC. The cost was also a determining factor, very reasonable!!! The ongoing assistance is also a plus to help in just starting out. I will also be setting up my Trust with LLC Attorney.

Liked most your point of contacts hands on guidance during formation. What I didn’t like is your call Centers (chat) robotic words on my questions
