This company and the person I dealt with (Jennifer) are awesome! Unfortunately, Fed-Ex delivered the package to the wrong apartment (Mr. Rich Crandall) where it sat for a few days and my friend Harvey Takemoto couldn't enjoy it.

Finally a Wonderful East Coast Lobster Company shipping to the mid west. Born and raised on the East Coast before moving to Michigan we truly miss the seafood available on the East Coast. I have spent numerous amount of time ordering and having the order not being received in time and/ or cancelled with other companies. Lobsters Online uses Fedex. and not UPS. Lobsters Online does has wonderful communication, wonderful prices and when ordered you can count on it being delivered on the date you asked for it. The lobster was totally awesome, very much alive, and the side order of Clam Chowder was excellent also. I will be ordering again . Thank you Lobsters Online. A+++++ rating for your company.

My wife and I order live lobsters from these guys three or four times per year. Every Valentines Day, our anniversary, and one or two additional times. We've been doing it for years and every experience has been positive. Our lobsters have always arrived alive. On our most recent order we ordered for a Friday September 18th delivery. On Wednesday I received an email from FEDEX stating that my delivery was scheduled for Thursday. I like doing our lobster dinners on a Friday or Saturday so I don't have to worry about going to work the next day. I contacted Lobsters Online via email. Jennifer replied to me promptly with an email and follow-up phone call. She was very nice and professional and rectified the situation by reshipping my order. I honestly feel a little guilty that they sent me two lobsters at no additional cost, and I still ended up getting the two that were mistakenly shipped for Thursday delivery. I am a Lobsters Online (Lobster Trap) customer for life.

The lobster was dead and inedible. It was shipped on 2/26 and didn’t arrive till 3/2.

So we decided to order our V-Day meal in a box, and it was perfect. Dinner for two lobsters, oysters, and bacon-wrapped scallops, without the normal unexpected problems of driving to the city, finding parking, and dealing with the crowds. Our meal arrived fresh-packed on V-day morning, and needless to say, the rest of the day went as planned and to our schedule. Way to go, Lobstersonline would definitely recommend and use again.
