Got myself into subscription not being aware of it. Got planty of Credits but got charged. 🤷🏻♂️ App UI overlaps.

Hi Chris, sorry about that. From your description it sounds like a renewal went through while you still had unused credits, could you please Email support with the address on your account and we will look at the charge and sort it out with you. For what it's worth, canceling takes a couple of clicks in the app, no calls or support tickets needed, and if you cancel you keep full access and your credits until the end of the billing period you already paid for. Nothing is held hostage. regarding the UI overlap. If you can tell support which screen and device that was on, that would be greatly appreciated.
