This company was great to work with but upon going live I've run into issues with my website not working and loading properly. They continue to tell me everything is good on their end while I have other people telling me images do not load for them. The assistance I've received has been less than helpful.

Initially I thought the company was scamming me due to poor communication. I was promised proofs within 24-48 hours, then after 48 hours I contacted them and they told me I could expect them 'by tonight'. (it was 9:30pm est so I kinda doubted that and took it to me maybe in the next 24 hours because at this point I am thinking they are not in an United States time zone). After 24 hours goes by, I contact them again, "Where are the proofs I was supposed to have?" As soon as I ask the chat rep responds "They are ready!" (I mean, if they were ready why did I have to log into the chat to ask for them?) He said they would email them now. I said great, I'll wait! After a few minutes of refreshing my email I started to wonder if he literally meant right now or what? So I asked him to confirm which email he was sending them proofs to (also to make sure they had my right email on file, since I have multiple). He responded that the mail would be coming FROM cs.logoperfecto at gmail -- Okay? "When?" I asked when.... a few moments went by with no response... At this point I am getting pretty frustrated cause it just shouldn't be this difficult when purchasing the $399.99 "Deluxe package". So, in the chat window I said "scammy af". Because I am thinking still in my head this is like a scam or something -- it didn't seem right. At which point. The customer service rep straight up HANGS UP THE CHAT ON ME! I mean straight ghosted the chat. To me, in my head, I am SURELY getting scammed now!!! So yeah, I flipped my lid. I threatened to get a lawyer, issue a charge bag, contact their domain registrar, write a terrible review. After 15 minutes or so of me ranting at an empty chat window, another CS rep enters the chat and tells me to check my email. Almost as if in a smug way like.... hey buddy, check your email dipshit. (As if proving they were not scammers after all I suppose). When I checked my mail, to my shock and surprise there was some art! Most of it pretty bad art to be honest but there were at least a couple of decent "ideas" in there. I immediately confirmed my receipt in the chat and asked the person "why the last customer service rep left the chat and hung up on me and that I thought I was being scammed after he did that". The guy ignored me, simply told me to review my proofs and email them back on Monday because they would be out of office on Sunday. Okay, I said. 3 hours later I got an email from the company saying my order had been refunded. Which they did complete. The only thing is, I feel like they did that out of spite... like, to be jerks to me I guess because they didn't like the way that I acted... I don't know.. too bad so sad, that isn't how you run a company, it's not how you do customer service (none of it), and it's not what you expect to get when you pay premium dollars for the premium package. I didn't end up using any of their logo designs in the end, but at least some of the ideas they presented got my head thinking and I ended up making my own that I am pretty pleased with. I give them 3 stars. They are a real company, and they can produce good art, but the service leaves a lot to be desired and communication is very poor. Owner/manager's are, from what I can tell, spiteful.

Although James was an excellent & friendly manager - it seems every request I made was misunderstood or blatantly missed each revision. I understand human error happens and its easy to miss things but every single time I made a request after taking every measure to ensure I was to be understood including pictures and thorough instructions, one or 3 requests would be missed or ignored. I was very kind and took the blame for the mistakes and assumed I need to be more clear. By the end of the experience there was no excuse for such unprofessionalism and lack of quality check as I practically begged for the team to communicate to me if they didn't understand something before revision. In the end I couldn't even communicate a font change properly weather it was my fault or not all I received was a "Sorry" as I finalized the logo. Time and time again I had to revise mistakes that were already addressed in s previous email The product is nice and I saw many great reviews that convinced me to choose this company but the experience I had was a little frustrating .

This is an edit to my previous positive review. I worked with James. The turn around was very fast and logo was pretty good too. However, this company is not very transparent. The service is adversitised as copyrights included. Let me be clear what this means as it may save some from a headache. It means you will get an original logo which will not use any clip art. But it does not mean is that you will own the copyright. They will attempt to up sell you a copyright certificate in which they will transfer the rights to you. I learned of this after my positive review which is why I am changing my review.. This means you will not own your logo unless you pay more money. I was told the price to own the logo was 500, which I thought was unreasonable so I passed. If you do not want to own the copyright for your logo, the service is a good deal.
