Poor quality of the shirt material

Prices were good. The website worked okay on mobile, until I couldn't find a direct link to my shopping cart after leaving the page to do more shopping. To get back to the cart to checkout, I had to add another item to the cart and then delete the additional item. Embroidery colors were great, but the stitching looked sloppy compared to previous shirts from another company. The stitch length needs to be shortened to fill in the lines better, with some areas looking like a literal zigzag. The stitch width was inconsistent, making the width of the lettering look a bit haphazard. The polo shirt fabric turned out better than the t-shirt fabric, so maybe they just need to use a better stabilizer on the back? The shirts are useable, since clients probably won't be inspecting the embroidery up close, but I unfortunately probably won't order from here again. I like supporting small businesses and giving good reviews, but I also wanted to be honest.

I liked the product but I paid an expedited handling fee and although I got a few shirts quickly it took me a couple months to get the last of my order and after me having to followup multiple times.

Great end product. Just took a long time to get.

3 stars due to supply constraints. We realize in todays market that supply issues can be a problem. We first got sent 2 of the wrong colors, while Logo got 9 correct. Logo attempted to fix the 2 which is good, but still got an error with the shirt size on the second time around. this cant be fized now due to supply issues getting the correct color/size.

Shirts were very thin.

Logo was good, I did send in a different color for the logo for a specific color blend. But all in all I’m satisfied.

The brand shirt was great, however the embroidery not so much. My shirt as the President was the worst of them all, one letter you could not even read due to the stitching. Most of the shirts turned out okay. I had the same design done w/ another company to compare the stitching and the other one was cleaner embroidery looking and a little bit bar quality
