GPS divice was not accurate, and the divice was not update constantly on location as promise from the provider. 75% of the time divice was NOT updated in the LneStar app. For that reason i stopped using it.

Had a few glitches, but they were extremely responsive and knowledgable in getting it sorted.

They helped me with a plan to set up tracking on my asset, and they had an app to track the GPS it worked awesome! Their customer service responsiveness is immediate and very accommodating based on the customers needs. 10 out of 10 I’d recommend again!

I couldn't give 5 stars because I am aware that most of the devices have more features than LoneStar is currently utilizing. Some of these features can even be passed on to the end user. That being said, the service is affordable and the support was fast and knowledgeable.

Very nice system... huge value for the price! able to track kids in a car in near real time: able to help navigate road closures in a snow storm. Very nice mapping features for the monthly fee, including historical start/stop points (sorted day by day). Lithium AA Batteries are still working months after installation, and can set 30, 20, 10% battery left alerts (30 % actually worked while stopping monthly subscription for a few months). Installed the unit on the backside of a glovebox, inside a subaru outback, so radio transmission works great. In these days of crap promises on similar products; this one is a keeper.

This service is working great for me so far. It tracks my property 24/7, thier technical support even helped me create a daily report showing the location of my property at all times ever 24 hours. The website and app are detail rich with good geo location accurracy and visual google style maps. I can even use the device to check battery level at any time. Highly recommend this.
