It,s the worst of video doorbells in the past 5 years. Even after downloading/installing what is suppose to be the latest firmware, unit still unresponsive to movement and alerts. While some and I do mean some, alerts to phone may be as long a 5 min or more minutes to receive. Installing on a 100mb + download and 35 mb upload system apparently is not good enough to satisfy system requirements according to a conversation of over an hour with technical support. Installing via Lorex app took several attempts to finally install. After a week of putting up with poor quality of unit I gave up and removed entire system and moved on to another product. I should have read reviews pertaining to Lorex dependability fist before purchasing.
