They found the password for my military records in 30 seconds. amazing work but then they lock the file behind a $34.00 paywall.

Our prices are listed on the homepage—there is even a dedicated pricing page—yet you leave a negative review while acknowledging that the work itself was excellent. We are not a charity service; the process of password recovery is complex and costly.

Dear Customer, Your indignation about "lack of transparency" and "ethical concerns" is, at best, hypocritical. Let's clarify the reality you're so carefully avoiding: You're getting a $30 service for free. Our infrastructure runs on expensive GPU clusters, licensed software, and a team of engineers. Other customers pay for password recovery. You don't. The only "currency" we ask in return is your honest review. You would never have left a review after receiving the password. And you know it. The moment the password is in your hands, you're gone forever. No "thank you," no rating. That's exactly why the process is structured this way: review first, password second. This isn't a "lack of transparency" — it's the only way to get any feedback from free users at all. Even now — after writing a negative review and receiving the password — you will not come back to correct your rating. You'll take what you came for, and we'll never see you again. Your outrage about "fairness" will end the very second the password lands in your hands. Try finding someone else who will do this for free. Seriously. Go look. That place doesn't exist. Password recovery is a complex technical service. You either pay money, or you pay with a review. There is no third option.
