The level of difficulty is perfect. Seems easy, but man am I sore the next day. Nice to build muscle with such safe, low impact exercises

As a 62 year old my joints were pretty stiff in the mornings and when I came out of my chair. The gentle t’ai chi exercise has worked wonders for me. I do it in the morning and evenings before I wind down for bed. It helps me so much. My joints I a lot more flexible and I feel great. Thank you ❤️
