The product matched the description available online. The ring was very well and discretely packaged. The ring looked very shiny. I was nervous about the size, but it fit nicely on my girlfriend’s finger. I would totally recommend LovBe to a friend. Thank you guys!

Amazing lab diamond, great customer service, even through a crazy holiday (pandemic) season. Fiancé' couldn't be happier.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! LovBe has fantastic customer service. They answered my questions very quickly and even helped to coordinate an engraving. The ring was delivered to my door in discrete packaging. It looks incredible, and my now fiancee loves the ring.

I was unsure about using Lovbe because I had never heard of them before, but I could not be more happy! The ring came out amazing, and at a fantastic price! I was thrilled to support a smaller/newer business and not compromise quality.

Purchasing from LovBe was a great experience, from navigating the website, finding a great gift, and ordering. I was able to work directly with Alyce, who answered specific questions and kept me updated with great communication. The order arrived very quickly and packaged well, and the recipient loved it! Would definitely order in the future, and recommend LovBe to anyone looking for a great jewelry-buying experience.

Fast and friendly service. My diamond arrived in a lovely gift box with a small display case. Could not recommend LovBe more.
