Hi Caeden,
Thanks for sharing your feedback. I understand how, if you expected the masterclass to be live, it might have felt confusing or even misleading, especially online where so many of us have been burned before. The free masterclass is actually a recording of a live event I lead to a real audience, replayed at different times so people worldwide can attend when it suits them. I’d love to clarify a few points and give some context below.
I appreciate that you joined my free masterclass and cared enough to write such a detailed review. You’re correct, the masterclass isn’t live but a recording of that live event. The polls, chat, and audience participation are all from that original session. I keep them in because they help recreate the same energy, connection, and engagement of the live event.
I can totally understand how, if you went in expecting a live broadcast, the experience felt misleading. In today’s online world, where scams are very real, that reaction makes sense. My intention, though, is never to deceive, only to make learning accessible to everyone around the world. To be clear, the masterclass has never been described as “live”. It may appear that way because it was originally delivered live and is now replayed for convenience. The multiple start times exist precisely so people can choose a time that works best for them.
You also mentioned that the reviews on Trustpilot only date back to August 2024, and again, you’re absolutely right. That’s simply when I joined the platform. Before that, I didn’t even know Trustpilot existed. I decided to register because I wanted an independent, verified place for clients to share their honest experiences, where reviews can’t be filtered or faked. Every review you see there was written by a real person whose relationship was impacted by the work we did together. Trustpilot independently verifies reviews and bans businesses that engage in deceptive practices.
It’s unfortunate to hear that you didn’t find the masterclass valuable. It is designed to introduce some of the core tools and frameworks that have helped tens of thousands of couples. I offer it freely so people can experience the content and decide for themselves whether to take the next step.
I imagine you care about protecting others from being misled, and that’s a generous intention to hold. There certainly are unethical marketers online, and I understand your caution. My goal is the opposite: to provide honest, research-backed education from the world’s leading relationship researchers to help people navigate the hardest parts of love and conflict.
I’m sorry that your experience felt disappointing. If you’d like to share constructive feedback on how I could make the masterclass clearer or more valuable, I’d genuinely welcome it. You’re welcome to reach out directly via our website.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your perspective.
Warmly,
Bruce
