This is a scam has been several weeks after purchase and haven't received a single response on the progress of the order. Having read other reviews I'm confident I won't be getting my money back or the product I ordered. Hope no one else falls for this. For those affected already make sure you notify Shopify that the merchant is breaking terms of service so this scam site can be shut down.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately same horrible experience as others. I should have read the reviews first! I ordered a personalised birthday present three weeks before the party and was promised delivery in 5-8 days. Three weeks later it had not arrived and I had to buy a new present. I asked twice for a refund and my request was twice ignored with replies promising instead to expedite the delivery. Finally the item was despatched and it is completely useless to me as it is personalised. The refund request has still not been fulfilled.

The custom book embosser exceeded my expectations.. The design process was straightforward and great, and the final product was both elegant and durable. Arrived much sooner than anticipated.

I have currently waited over a month for what was supposed to be a 5/6 day delivery as a gift. Time has gone and still no response or follow up. I have sent 4 email concerning the money a gave them and so far at this point nothing in return! Super pissed that people can do this type of thing to another person! So far horrible!! If I ever get what was promised and paid for I’ll do an updated review it’s been 5 weeks!

They haven't sent me the product yet. I have been waiting for over a month now! They won't respond to any emails I send and they try to feed me with discount voucher while not responding to any of my emails. DON'T BUY HERE PEOPLE!

Gave a custom embosser to my bookworm friend, and it was a hit! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and it arrived right on time for their birthday. The attention to detail was impressive.
