Super easy to set up and take down and was a huge hit at our wedding! Really good instructions on setting it up and also how to send it back with the shipping label in the box. Will definitely use for an event again!

Threw a 13th birthday party for my daughter and 15 girlfriends and this was the biggest hit! Super easy to use and when I had questions the customer service text me back immediately and even did a video chat with me when I had technical difficulties. They were great! The girls had a blast and it kept them busy for hours!

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! A 13th birthday party with 15 teenage girls is high energy, so we are thrilled to hear that the photo booth kept them entertained and busy for hours! We're so glad our text support and video chat team could jump right in to resolve those technical hiccups for you seamlessly. Thank you for letting us be a part of your daughter's big milestone—Happy 13th Birthday to her!

The experience could not have been any better. The box of material can be a bit frightening, making you feel like it’s impossible to set up but they truly give you step-by-step directions and the second I was confused I sent a text and they answered immediately! Set up took 10-15 mins, break down was even quicker. I will be booking love stream for every single event. Thank you for making my birthday so great!!!

Thank you so much for the awesome review! Seeing a big box of equipment can definitely feel a bit intimidating at first, so we are thrilled that our step-by-step guide and quick text support made setup a breeze in just 15 minutes! We are so glad the photo booth helped make your birthday celebration so special, and we can't wait to partner with you again for all your future events! Happy Birthday!

I have to say that LoveStream was SUPER easy to use and super helpful to have gotten the big package that comes with an attendant. Our attendant was Tashieka J and she was INCREDIBLE!!! She was getting people into the photo booth, super friendly and kind, and she packed everything back up for us so it was just an easy drop off at UPS. The booth came in on time even with a last minute switch (due to the nor’easter that displaced our wedding) and LoveStream was super helpful and got us covered. If you have issues with this photobooth or company, I’m 100% inclined to say it’s user error…It’s an iPad and ring light that are suuuuuper easy to set up (for any millennials or gen-z and under) and we did get the wrong props but we let them know as soon as we noticed and they gave us digital props instead!! Super happy with this vendor and what it added to our wedding. 10/10 if you worry about the bad reviews here(i did briefly) just go for the package that includes an attendant for that extra security blanket, super worth it.

Thank you so much for such an amazing and detailed review! We are so grateful for your kind words and glad that our team could adjust quickly during the Nor'easter to ensure your booth arrived on time for your rescheduled wedding. It is fantastic to hear how much of a difference having an attendant made for your big day! We will definitely pass along your huge shoutout to Tashieka J—she will be thrilled to know how much you appreciated her friendliness, help with guests, and effortless packing job. Thank you again for recommending us and sharing your experience. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness!

Our experience with Lovestream was amazing. They were available the whole time to trouble shoot any issues and were so quick in their responses! They even had a courier come and deliver a piece we needed for the Photo Booth within hours. Highly recommend!

Very user friendly! I had trouble with connecting one piece, the power cord wasn’t in the instructions for a part that connects to the printer but I got a quick response from customer service and they stuck with me through a few more small questions and were super nice and helpful! The pictures turned out awesome and everyone loved it. I would absolutely use this at another wedding or event!!
