I can't put my product that I use inside the app, and the daily treatment that the app tell me is not aligned with the one product that they suggest me to do.

I misled into subscribing to the app that it is gonna immediately show me products that i may use and provide an analysis of my face during the 1st Subscription. However, after the 1st subscription there was another pop-up subscription of USD44 for the skin and product analysis. Otherwise, it never lets you move on and I'm really wondering what thay $20 initial subscription was for. I DID NOT receive a single mail to say "Welcome or your subscription is active" etc. Neither did I receive any useful content from them. I consider this as total SCAM! A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!
