There is no proper way of keep a track of products I have used through the day. Alternatives for the toner is not available during the morning routine, that needs to be fixed. Toner gave me rashes all over my eyes, there was no way I could record this in the app.

I believe in the knowledge database of Lovi. However, I already have some cosmetics. I would rather like Lovi to use what is on my shelf. The routines that Lovi suggests are fine but most of the products do not exist where I live. It would be great if Lovi could suggest a routine with my products. I check every product I own or wish to buy with Lovi. I am still unsure if a photogrtaph is enough for Lovi to analyze my skin.

Hi Zehra, Thank you so much for this thoughtful feedback. All of your points are heard loud and clear. As for the skin analysis — your photo gives Lóvi quite a lot to work with, but if you ever feel uncertain about your results, our team is always happy to help you fine-tune your skin profile for the most accurate recommendations possible. Feel free to reach out anytime! 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team

The only issue I had was the fact that the recommended products had to be ordered in from oseas individually. So for me that was an issue.

Hi Allana, We're glad the recommendations were a good fit for you! We do share links to marketplaces to make it as easy as possible; however, many of the products can also be found in local stores. That said, availability can vary by region, and we completely understand that sourcing items individually isn't always convenient. If you'd like help finding alternatives that are easier to get your hands on locally, our team would be happy to help, feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. We're always here! 💜 Warm regards, Margarita & The Lóvi Team
