I booked yesterday a flight to Mexico, when I called they told me I had to pay an extra $150 to confirm return flight. No e mail stating this . I call back today to cancel , they told me someone would call me back in half an hour but no one did . I call again , eventually get through & when I speak to them & tell them I wish to cancel they hang up on me . Dreadful service & STILL awaiting an e mail confirming my cancellation Update as of 29th October, they sent me an e mail saying they'd cancelled my booking but then yesterday took over $500 out of my account. They are a total scam & when I called them they deny any of this , lied to my face . Warning - do not touch this so called company , total scam

Hi Lucie. Thanks for sharing the feedback. Fares are dynamic and changes without prior notifications. We have sent you the cancellation email and nothing has been charged from your card.
