Recently took possession of an 8 box system. Quality was top notch and very easy to assemble and install. Shipping was delayed due to storms which is no one’s fault, but shipping company failed to provide notice of delay which was frustrating.

The unit was scheduled for 12-29-22. Still hasn’t arrived. Called yesterday and your rep told me he would send phone numbers for truck line. Email never received.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your experience is our top priority and we strive to provide as much transparency and communication around shipping delays as possible! Currently, due to the backup of the holidays and severe weather conditions across the country, most freight shipments are experiencing delays. We apologize you had to reach out to us once more to seek an update and did not receive our team's email. Our Customer Relations team had reached out to the email on file with an update regarding your shipment. Please double-check your Spam and Junk folder in case it may have gone there. We hope that your delivery gets to you soon. Please feel free to respond to the email sent to you with any further questions/concerns. I found putting the mail box together very easy, but I am in the construction business and have all the tool and equipment to get the job done. Still see that anybody could do this by following the directions.
